James: “I want to get fit, but I just don’t have the time. An hour? Half an hour? How can I fit it in?” *
Shane: “I’m a shift worker. Getting a gym membership is pointless because I’m never around to use it.” *
Melanie: “The worst things about the gym is that I feel like people are looking at me. I’m overweight and I want to get fit, but those other fit girls make me feel like I have such a long way to go. I always think they’re judging me because of my weight.” *
Anita: “I don’t mind the gym, but what I don’t like is my membership bill each month. I want to stay fit but I just can’t afford it. Plus, I don’t want to pay for a class that I haven’t tried. What if I don’t enjoy it? Also, money wasted.” *
Jessica: “I have 3 kids. There's no way I can fit in a long workout. But 20 minutes? I can do that while the oldest are at school and the youngest is taking a nap! Plus, I don't have pay a babysitter while I go to the gym!” *
